PELAKSANAAN PENYITAAN BARANG BUKTI YANG DILAKUKAN OLEH PENYIDIK POLRI DAN HAMBATANNYA YANG DIHADAPI SERTA UPAYA MENGATASINYA DI POLRES KUTAI KARTANEGARA
