MELLAANA SUSANTI.PerananKinerjaPegawaiDalam Peningkatan PelayananPublik Bidang Mutasi Pada BadanKepegawaian Daerah KabupatenKutaiTimurdibawah bimbingan Ibu Dra.Hj.Nanik Pujiastuti, M.Si sebagai Pembimbing I dan sebagaiBapak Drs. Damai Darmadi, M.Si Pembimbing II.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Bagaimanaperanankinerjapegawaidalam peningkatan pelayanan publik Bidang Mutasi Pada BadanKepegawaianDaerahKabupatenKutaiTimur. Untuk mendapatkan data penulis melakukan penelitian tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerjapegawai Bidang Mutasi Pada BadanKepegawaianDaerahKabupatenKutaiTimur, dalam arti bahwar= 0,619214 artinyabahwasesuaidenganpedomanuntukmemberikaninterpretasiberadapada interval 0,60 - 0,799 yang termasukdalamkategoritingkat hubungan yang kuat antara kinerjapegawaiterhadappelayanan public Bidang Mutasi BadanKepegawaian Daerah KabupatenKutaiTimur.

Adanyaperanankinerjapegawaidalampelayanan public secararasionaldapatditerima.Artinyaperanankinerjapegawaimempunyaipengaruhkuatdansignifikanterhadappelayanan public yaituapabila kinerja pegawaimeningkatmakan pelayananpublik yang dihasilkanjugaakanmengalamipeningkatan.

ABSTRACT

MELLA ANA SUSANTI.Employee Performance Role In Improving Public Service Sector Employment Board Mutations In East Kutai Regency under the guidance of Mrs. Dra.Hj.Nanik Pujiastuti, M.Si as Supervisor I and as Drs.Damai Darmadi, M.Si Advisor II.

The purpose of this research is to know how the role of the employee's performance in the field of public service improvement Mutations In the Regional Employment Board of East Kutai.To get the data the authors conducted the study.The results showed that the performance of employees Sector Employment Board Mutations In East Kutai Regency, in the sense that r = 0.619214 means that in accordance with the guidelines for an interpretation is in the interval from 0.60 to 0.799 are included in the category of a strong relationship between the level of performance employees of public services Personnel Agency Sector Movements East Kutai Regency.

The role of the performance of employees in the public service is rationally acceptable.That is the role of the employee's performance has a strong and significant influence on the public service is, if the employee's performance increases, resulting public services will also increase.
